Terms of use

Last updated August 12, 2026.

Acceptance

By accessing coveragealpha.com or subscribing to Coverage Alpha, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the publication.

The publication

Coverage Alpha publishes research briefs on pharmaceutical earnings and market access dynamics. Publication timing, coverage universe, and format may change at the publisher's discretion. No specific number of issues is guaranteed within any period.

Subscriptions and payment

Coverage Alpha is free through the end of 2026. Paid subscriptions are expected to open in January 2027. Founding subscribers — those on the list prior to the opening of paid access — will be offered the founding rate, which remains in effect for as long as the subscription is active and uninterrupted. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Licence and permitted use

A subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read and use the publication. A team licence extends that right to the number of named individuals purchased. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or make available any issue, in whole or in substantial part, to anyone outside your licence. Brief quotation with attribution and a link is permitted.

Intellectual property

All content, design, trade dress, and marks on this site and within the publication are the property of Coverage Alpha unless otherwise noted.

No advice; no warranty

The publication is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in it is investment, financial, legal, tax, medical, or accounting advice. See the Disclosures page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coverage Alpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from use of or reliance on the site or the publication. Total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the subscriber in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
